Job Title: HR Executive Location: Pune (Work from Office) Experience: 2–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and HR processes.Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, background verification coordination, and joining formalities - Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit - Drive and support employee engagement initiatives and activities - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for onboarding readiness (IT, Admin, Hiring Managers) - Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes - Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies - Assist in HR reporting and documentation Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role- Hands-on experience in onboarding and employee engagement - Good understanding of HR processes and compliance - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools Preferred Skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetSelection Process - Excel&PowerPoint Assessment - Personal Interview (PI) Round
