Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook&Instagram), and other paid channels• Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for the E-commerce website • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends • Monitor and optimize key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments • Work with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copies • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights and reports• Identify new growth opportunities across channels (affiliate marketing, marketplaces, etc.) • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices Key Requirements • 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or D2C environment • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys • Experience working with E-commerce platforms (Salesforce commerce cloud, Magento, etc.) is a plus • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple campaignsand meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation strategies • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms • Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies • Exposure toinfluencer/affiliate marketing is a plus
