The role You’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta and Google for our D2C clients — measured on one thing above all: did you make their ad spend profitable, and did you scale it. This isn’t a button-pushing seat. You set the strategy, build the campaign architecture, read the data, and make the calls that move ROAS. Hit your targets and your variable kicks in — your upside is tied to the exact number you control.What you’ll do - Own and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple D2C accounts, from strategy through daily optimisation. - Build campaign structures around ROAS, not vanity metrics — full-funnel, with attribution and CRO baked in. - Take accounts from break-even to 3–4x ROAS and defend it as spend scales.- Partner with the copy and creative team on what to test, and turn data into the next round of creative briefs. - Report outcomes to clients in plain business language— revenue, CAC, contribution margin — not screenshots. What we’re looking for - 4- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing, with demonstrable D2C experience.- Deep, current command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads best practices— you’ve run real budgets, not just courses. - A track record you can prove: e.g. taking ROAS from ~1x to 3–4x over a 6–8 month window. - Comfort with GA4, pixel/conversion tracking, and attribution. - An owner’s mindset — you treat the client’s money like your own.₹50,000–60,000/month fixed + up to ₹20,000/month on hitting ROAS targets. 6-month performance&compensation review. Location: Kharadi, Pune— on-site for your first 3 months (6 days/week in office )(probation), then hybrid (minimum 4 days/week in office).
