Based in Navi Mumbai, we are dedicated to fostering authentic and long-term collaborations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of Herbal extracts, Nutraceutical ingredients, Cosmetic ingredients, and Food ingredients. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with suppliers, monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring compliance, and developing procurement strategies aligned with company goals. The role also involves analyzing market insights to identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier partnerships.Qualifications - Strong expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation - Minimum 5 years of procurement experience - Proficiency in Procurement and Contract Management processes - Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data - Ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
