Job Description Technical Writer Pune (Hybrid)• 4–6 Years• Full-time •Product&Documentation About the Role We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to own the end-to-end documentation experience for the healthcare platform, an AI-driven, enterprise-grade ecosystem. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear, accurate, and engaging content that enables users to effectively leverage platform capabilities.From in-app guidance to structured help centres and developer documentation, you will play a key role in shaping how knowledge is created, consumed, and scaled across the organisation. Key Responsibilities - Plan, write, and maintain high-quality documentation including: - User guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base content- API references, SDK documentation, and developer guides - Design and publish in-app onboarding flows, product tours, and contextual help to improve feature adoption using UserPilot - Build and manage structured, reusable content using MadCap Flare, following topic-based authoring and single-sourcing best practices- Create video walkthroughs and visual guides using Guidde for better user understanding - Leverage Claude to accelerate content drafting, summarisation, and quality improvements - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to document APIs, integrations, and technical workflows - Establish and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and governance practices- Manage documentation lifecycle including versioning and alignment with product releases - Gather feedback from users, support, and product teams to continuously improve documentation quality - Contribute to UX writing, microcopy, and overall product usability through clear communication Required Skills&Qualifications - 4-6 years of experience in technical writing within SaaS or enterprise software environments - Strong proficiency in structured documentation tools like MadCap Flare. - Experience creating in-app guidance or in-application workflows using tools like UserPilot or equivalent - Excellent command of English with a clear, concise, and user-first writing style- Excellent knowledge on MSTP guidelines - Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts, especially in AI-driven or configurable platforms - Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and understanding code at a basic level - Strong organisational and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have - Experience working on AI/ML platforms, low-code/no-code systems, or enterprise SaaS products - Experience with localisation and translation workflows - Exposure to domains like healthcare, health-tech or large-scale enterprise platforms Tools You Will Use Tool PurposeUserPilot In-app onboarding, product tours, and feature adoption MadCap Flare Structured authoring and multi-channel publishing Guidde Video guides and visual walkthroughs Claude AI-assisted content creation and optimisation What Success Looks Like - Users can independently navigate and use SHC Platform features with minimal support- Documentation is accurate, scalable, and aligned with rapid product releases - In-app guidance significantly improves onboarding and feature adoption - Documentation becomes a single source of truth across teams
