The Personal Trainer will design and deliver personalized fitness programs, conduct one-on-one or group fitness sessions, and motivate clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. Responsibilities include teaching proper exercise techniques, creating circuit training programs, providing nutritional guidance, and offering sports coaching as needed. The role requires a commitment to improving clients' physical and mental well-being through professional and effective guidance.Qualifications - Strong knowledge and experience in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction - Proficiency in designing and leading Circuit Training and Sports Coaching programs - Understanding of Nutrition and ability to provide basic dietary guidance - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate clients- Nationally recognized certification in personal training or fitness instruction, we also consider freshers - CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred - Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals - Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
