Working experience: No Experience About the roleThe role requires analytical, technical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of optimization methods, complex computations, statistical methods and mathematical modeling techniques. It also requires exposure to data science, and associated software and programming technologies.This position is responsible for solution configuration, analysis and interpretation of data to optimize client supply chains. The solution delivery lifecycle is through a variety of activities including process design, data analysis, solution configuration, performance analysis, testing, deployment and documentation.The role would be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, document current and to-be state, working with onshore and offshore teams to configure the solution and finally creating the test-cases to ensure the solution works as per the design.What you’ll do for usThe responsibilities include end-to-end o9 solution configuration, implementation, analytics, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders.DesignParticipate in process and business requirements sessions. Document to-be business process and requirementsWork with clients to collect data, such as sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other supply chain data from sources like databases, Excel sheets, systems etc.Participate in solution and technical designConfigurationWork closely with architects to build datasets as per the solution designConfigure o9 user-interface, dimensions, measures, rules, plugins etc. using various tools and techniques provided by o9Data AnalyticsUse mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualizationTestingCreate and execute test-cases, document issues, and fix issueCommunicationWork with client cross-functional teams including IT and business stakeholdersAssist with Super User and End User training for a global user baseWhat you will need….Education:Degrees in the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering)Experience:Internship or projects in supply chain is preferredExperience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning is preferredSkills:Solid analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge of various statistical, optimization and simulation techniquesStatistical, optimization and simulation skills through software tools and packages using Python or similar is preferredBasic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is requiredKnowledge of Python is preferredKnowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is requiredAbility to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n5m1f
