Role Description This is a full time, in office role for a Human Resources Manager at Globus, based in Khopoli. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, handling performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications
