Planning has historically been the domain of complex enterprise software and expert consultants. We think it shouldn't be.

We have a platform that takes the complexity out of planning and turns data into decisions, fast, with real customers, a podcast, webinars, and a growing presence on LinkedIn. Now we need someone whose full-time job is making sure the market knows what we're building and why it matters.

About the role You'll be our core marketing hire, leading how we show up in the world. You’ll be working with and reporting directly to the founders.

Our category is shifting fast: AI is changing what planning even means, and we have a real story to tell. Your job is to tell it clearly, consistently, and in places where our buyers are paying attention.

This is an all-round role: you'll concept the campaigns, ship the creative, write the LinkedIn posts, brief the SEO agency, and shape how the brand evolves.

What you'll own
- Marketing strategy and execution end-to-end
- Telling the story of accessible planning and AI-powered decision execution, clearly and consistently
- Campaign concepts: idea, story, format, rollout
- Original video content (short-form LinkedIn, longer cuts from podcasts and webinars)
- LinkedIn content: carousels, post graphics, short-form video, written posts
- Site updates and visual production
- Brand system: templates, components, asset library
- Working with our SEO agency to align content and campaigns
- AI-generated visuals and video that fit the brand

Must-haves
- 4+ years in marketing, with a stretch into both strategy and execution
- A portfolio of campaigns you conceived and shipped, not just executed briefs
- Robust visual fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, color
- Figma and Canva
- Tight copy instincts for hooks, captions, on-screen text, posts
