Director, POM Technical Product Management (Sangli)

Responsibilities

- Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology, and software products.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies in high‑growth product areas.
- Direct the overall technical product strategy and collaborate with department heads to align with company goals.
- Manage and lead the product management team.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field (Engineering, CS) or equivalent work experience.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and subject‑matter expertise on the technology.
- 10+ years proven experience as a technical product manager.
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with and advising executive and senior leaders to set strategy, define products, and make tough decisions between time to market and features.
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering large‑scale products.
- Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical experience and the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills and strong business judgement.
