About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Fresher / 1-2 years of experience candidate for our Legal team at Neilsoft Limited. This opportunity would be suitable for candidates who have completed their law degree and are looking to begin their career in the corporate legal and contracts domain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contract review and drafting.

· Commercial agreements and legal documentation.

· Contract repository management.

· Coordination with business, sales and delivery teams.

· Legal research and contract abstraction support.

Desired Skills:

· Good communication and drafting skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Good command over English language and grammar.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office tools.

· Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
