Role Description

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and engaging with prospective clients. Responsibilities include reaching out to organizations, understanding client needs, presenting LeaderNovo Learning Academy's offerings, and scheduling follow-up meetings. Teamwork with sales and marketing team members will be essential to successfully convert leads into opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Lead Generation and Inside Sales
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development activities
- Outstanding verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and solve customer challenges
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred
- Familiarity with leadership development or corporate learning solutions is a plus

What we are looking for

• 2 to 3 years of B2B inside sales or SDR experience, ideally selling into HR, L&D;, Talent, or learning functions.

• Comfort with outbound — cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach are everyday work, not a once-in-a-while activity.

• Curiosity about the product — willing to log into CoachPulse, run sample assessments, and form a point of view before any pitch.

• CRM discipline — you do not need reminding to update Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho. Clean pipeline is a hygiene factor for you.

• Strong written and spoken English; working proficiency in Hindi and ideally Marathi is a plus given the Pune base.

• Resilience — you understand that B2B sales cycles are long and that a 5% reply rate is normal, not a personal failure.
