Job Description

Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of client solutions. Act as the single point of technical accountability while balancing architecture quality with delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities

- Own system architecture for FastAPI-based backend and ReactJS frontend

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs

- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders

- Define API standards, data models, and integration patterns

- Review and approve architecture, PRs, and critical code paths

- Guide Associate Consultants and Developers on best practices

- Make final decisions on performance, security, and scalability trade-offs

- Collaborate with AWS infrastructure teams on deployment strategies

What This Role Is NOT

- Not a hands‑on‑only coding role

- Not limited to backend or frontend only

- Not a project manager role

Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong FastAPI architecture (async, dependency injection, background tasks)

- ReactJS architecture understanding (state, performance, component patterns)

- Experience leading teams in client‑facing environments

- Excellent communication and technical articulation skills

Success Metrics

- Stable architecture with minimal rework

- High client confidence in technical decisions

- Smooth delivery across multiple workstreams
