Description
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.- 15+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 10 years in SAP SuccessFactors.- Proven track record of architecting and delivering multiple full-lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.- Expertise in integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware).- Experience with SAP BTP, analytics/reporting, and extensions (preferred).- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM & LMS (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n8cpb
