The role mainly focuses on assisting clients in Demat account opening and activation, while also guiding them toward suitable financial learning programs and investment awareness.Based on skills and performance, candidates may be allocated to:Business Development (Course Sales / Counseling)Demat Account Executive (Primary focus)Client Onboarding SpecialistKey Responsibilities1. Demat Account Opening & Client Onboarding (Primary Focus)Call potential clients and explain the Demat account opening processAssist clients with KYC and documentationEnsure smooth account activation with DP/Broker coordinationFollow up until account is successfully openedMaintain accurate CRM updates2. Client Engagement & CommunicationHandle inbound/outbound client queries professionallyMaintain regular follow-ups and reduce drop-offsProvide a smooth and positive onboarding experienceBuild trust and long-term client relationships3.
