The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring an exceptional front-desk experience. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing visitor check-ins, maintaining schedules, assisting with administrative and clerical tasks, and handling general inquiries. A professional and welcoming demeanor is essential for creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.Qualifications - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties - Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document filing, and data entry - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Professional appearance and friendly attitude- Basic knowledge of office systems and MS Office Suite - Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
