Ensure compliance with reporting timelines and quality standards Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective strategiesRepresent Rocket Learning in district-level meetings Requirements Eligibility Criteria 2+ years of experience in operations, education programs, or development sector Experience in stakeholder management and team supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data tracking and performance managementWillingness to travel extensively Fluency in Punjabi (spoken and written)– Mandatory
