We are currently looking for a Technical Methods Officer on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Design Office Manager, you will create the documentation, nomenclature and ranges for one or more product families, ensuring that they are continuously accurate, put into practice and optimised.You will work in collaboration with project managers, mechanical and electrical designers, and take part in the creation of innovative products. Your tasks will include Managing documentation Manage parts lists Manage assembly ranges Participate in continuous improvement Participate in projectsProfile Required Trained to Bac +2 level, you will have some initial experience in a similar role (work placement or sandwich course). You are familiar with Solidworks design software and the Office pack You have knowledge of assembly processes, assembly and wiring, and drawing up assembly schedulesThoroughness, a sense of teamwork and organisation, and the ability to work at a high level will all be assets in successfully completing your assignments.
