Role Overview We are seeking an AI Automation Manager / AI Agent Developer who can design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline admissions, finance, HR, academics, administration, and management processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into practical AI tools, workflows, dashboards, and intelligent agents that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Implementation
- Identify processes across the organization that can be automated using AI.
- Conduct workflow audits and recommend AI-based improvements.
- Design and deploy AI agents for various departments. AI Agent Development Build and maintain AI agents for:
- Admissions and enquiry management
- Parent communication and support
- Academic planning and question paper generation
- HR and employee support
- Management dashboards and reporting
- Fee collection and finance operations
- ERP and CRM integrations Automation & Integrations
- Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Tally, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Develop workflow automations using modern automation tools.
- Create intelligent reporting and MIS systems. Knowledge Management
- Develop AI-powered knowledge bases using school policies, SOPs, manuals, and academic resources.
- Build internal AI assistants for staff and management. Training & Adoption
- Train staff and department heads on AI tools and best practices.
- Promote organization-wide adoption of AI solutions. Required Skills Technical Skills
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
- AI Agent development.
- Workflow automation platforms such as:
- Make.com
- Zapier
- n8n
- API integrations.
- Basic to advanced Python programming.
- Database management and data handling.
