E-commerce Operations Manager (Makarba)

SCEHON is looking for an Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day ecommerce backend operations and marketplace coordination. Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations
- Shopify backend handling and order management
- Order tracking, dispatch coordination, returns & replacements
- Warehouse and inventory coordination
- Marketplace handling (Amazon, 1mg, etc.)
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners
- Maintain operational reports and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations Requirements:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ecommerce/backend operations experience preferred Preferred:
- Experience with inventory/order management
- Basic Excel/reporting knowledge
- Experience with D2C/ecommerce brands preferred Pay: ₹22,000.00
