Electrical Control Engineer (Sanand)

Key Responsibilities Engineering & Design:
- Understand process requirements and develop control philosophy aligned with system functionality.
- Interpret P&IDs; and develop detailed loop descriptions.
- Design control systems including DOL, Star-Delta, VFD, and Soft Starters.
- Perform the design and selection of motors and VFDs.
- Select and size instrumentation and control components.
- Develop wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts.
- Develop validation and testing protocols for Control Panel with Microprocessor based controller.
- Support system integration. Project Execution & Customer Interface:
- Analyze customer specifications.
- Coordinate with teams, Customers and vendors .
- Drive FAT/SAT activities. Installation, Commissioning & Support:
- Support installation, commissioning, and start-up.
- Perform troubleshooting and RCA. Experience Requirements 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Controls engineering. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
- Experience in panel design and sizing.
- PLC and HMI programming exposure.
- Understanding IEC standards.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD is an advantage. Behavioral Competencies
