E Commerce Operations Manager Makarba

SCEHON is looking for an Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day ecommerce backend operations and marketplace coordination.

Responsibilities: Manage Amazon Seller Central operations Shopify backend handling and order management Order tracking, dispatch coordination, returns & replacements Warehouse and inventory coordination Marketplace handling (Amazon, 1mg, etc.) Coordinate with courier/logistics partners Maintain operational reports and follow-ups Ensure smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations

Requirements: Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify Valuable communication and coordination skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a quick-paced startup workplace Ecommerce/backend operations experience preferred

Preferred: Experience with inventory/order management Basic Excel/reporting knowledge Experience with D2C/ecommerce brands preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00
- ₹26,000.00 per month
