Dispatch Executive (Changodar)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily dispatch planning and coordination.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, E-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Track outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records and update reports regularly.
- Verify stock before dispatch and ensure proper packaging.
- Follow up with transporters and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of dispatch records. Requirements:
- Graduate or relevant experience in dispatch/logistics operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in FMCG/Food Industry will be preferred. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of E-way bill and invoicing process.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Pay: ₹11,076.32
