Dispatch Executive (Changodar)

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement reports.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle arrangements.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and support smooth warehouse operations. Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- MS Excel, and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of e-way bills and GST-related dispatch processes.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
