Controls Design Engineer (Khed)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controls Design Engineer located in Khed. The Controls Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing control systems for automotive weld lines, programming and troubleshooting PLCs and other control components. The role also includes reading and creating electrical schematics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and coding standards, as well as performing onsite control system commissioning and providing technical support during installations.

Qualifications Proficiency in Control Systems Design, including PLC programming, HMI development, and integration with robotic systems Experience with understanding and creating Electrical Schematics and Circuit Design Ability to troubleshoot and debug control systems and components Knowledge of automation systems for Spot and MIG welding applications is highly desirable Familiarity with safety standards and protocols for industrial automation Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in team settings Effective communication and collaboration skills Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lkn8p
