Design Engineer Khed

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with hands-on experience in fabrication and sheet metal design. The candidate should have robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, drafting standards, and design development using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The role involves creating detailed fabrication drawings, sheet metal designs, BOM preparation, and coordination with production teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop fabrication and sheet metal components as per project requirements Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks Create detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and GA drawings Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and production documentation Coordinate with production, fabrication, and quality teams during manufacturing Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and cost-effective Modify and improve existing designs based on production feedback Support installation and project execution teams whenever required

Required Skills: Mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks Robust understanding of sheet metal and fabrication processes Knowledge of laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and fabrication layouts Understanding of GD&T; and manufacturing standards Positive problem-solving and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience: Fabrication and sheet metal: 2 years (Required)
