Design Engineer (Satara)

This are some of the tasks that are being done by Junior Engineers in our company nowadays: Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
- Develop manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed part drawings.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase departments.
- Modify existing designs as per customer requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Support new product development activities.
- Conduct design calculations and technical feasibility studies.
- Handle design documentation and revision control.
- Participate in project meetings and technical discussions.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation. Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
- Understanding of fabrication and machining processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
