Manufacturing Engineer - Senior, Satara

Key Responsibilities: Leads specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met. Applies knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices to improve equipment and processes.Utilizes continuous improvement tools, follows Cummins standards, and develops manufacturing standards and working methods. Communicates with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members. Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.Maintains relationships and coaches key stakeholders. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Education: College, university, or degree in Mechanical,Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics is required. Experience:  10-14 years of relevant work experience required.
