Management Accountant (Satara)

Position: Management Accountant Experience : 3-5 year Qualification: CMA Inter / CA Inter (Semi-Qualified) Location: Pune (Pimpri Chinchwad) Industry: Construction / Engineering / Building Systems Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be a CMA Inter or CA Inter professional with strong financial analysis and MIS capabilities. The role involves project profitability analysis, budgeting, management reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project-wise profitability and margin analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and improve MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance across projects.
- Analyze project costs, overheads, and working capital utilization.
- Support management with financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
- Assist in strengthening reporting systems and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with project teams and departments for financial data collection and analysis.
- Prepare periodic financial performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvement. Preferred Candidate Profile
- CMA Inter or CA Inter candidate (IPCC/Intermediate cleared).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, costing, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and presentation skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00
