Job Summary

As a Solution Architecture – Senior Specialist, you thrive on understanding and translating customer needs into fit‑for‑purpose cloud‑based architectural solutions that delight our customers. You apply deep technical expertise and experience in the Solution Architecture domain to develop and/or lead the development of complex end‑to‑end architectural solutions for initiatives across multiple domains, ensuring they meet time, cost and quality standards. Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in C/C++ and a solid understanding of telecom domain concepts (4G, 5G, IMS). The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and deploying telecom solutions in cloud‑native environments, with strong experience in MongoDB and modern deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance applications using C/C++
- Contribute to development and integration of 4G/5G core network and IMS solutions
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable telecom solutions
- Design and manage data persistence using MongoDB
- Develop, test, and deploy applications in containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) environments
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical design inputs
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands‑on experience in C/C++ programming
- Good understanding of telecom protocols and concepts: 4G/LTE (EPC components, signaling flows); 5G Core (AMF, SMF, UPF, etc.); IMS (VoLTE/VoNR basics)
- Development experience: 4G development, 5G development, IMS‑related applications
- Hands‑on experience with MongoDB (mandatory – data modelling, indexing, performance tuning); Docker, Kubernetes, containerisation; CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP or private cloud); microservices architecture and distributed systems; familiarity with Open5GS / IMS Kamalio / OAI / telecom open‑source frameworks
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in software development
- Proven experience in telecom product development or system integration

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of GoLang / Python
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs
- Exposure to Kafka / event‑driven architectures
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SCTP, Diameter, HTTP/2)
