- Agent Specialist Experience
- 6-12 years Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Build Intelligent AI Agents: Develop sophisticated AI agents using Azure AI Foundry for tax preparation, compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A; analysis
- Build End-to-End Automated Workflows: Create comprehensive automated workflows that seamlessly integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems and processes
- Execute Post-Training Techniques: Apply advanced techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) to optimize agent performance
- Design Evaluation Frameworks: Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI agents, measuring accuracy, reliability, compliance, and business impact metrics
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize Delivery Workflows: Continuously improve agent performance and workflows to enhance overall service delivery across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing service lines Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience focused on AI agent development
- 2+ years of practical experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar agent development platforms
- Robust proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI/ML concepts
