Job Title: Video Editor (Wedding Films & Short-Form Content)Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for editing high-quality wedding films, cinematic highlights, reels, and short-form social media content while ensuring smooth and on-time project delivery. You will work closely with the creative team to maintain editing quality, storytelling standards, and visual consistency across all projects. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Note: This is a Full-time, In-Person role. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Project Delivery
- Edit cinematic wedding films, highlights, teasers, reels, and short-form content.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously with proper workflow organization. Quality Control
- Review and maintain consistency in color, transitions, sound design, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ensure every final video meets the company’s creative and professional standards. Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and creative strategists to execute editing concepts effectively.
- Bring innovative editing styles and visual storytelling ideas to projects. Workflow Management
- Organize project files, timelines, and assets efficiently.
- Optimize editing workflows for faster and smoother project execution. Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong experience in Wedding Film Editing and Short-form Content (Reels, Shorts, Social Media Videos).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling client-based editing projects professionally.
- Good understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, music synchronization, and transitions.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently. Advantages
