About the role The role requires a deeply technical and execution-oriented professional capable of leading integrated high-rise developments across architecture, engineering coordination, façade systems, fire & life safety, vertical transportation, BIM coordination, and construction methodology. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 40+ floor residential developments and possess the ability to balance:

• Long-term maintainability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural and technical design development of premium residential high-rise projects.
- Drive tower planning, floor plate optimization, core planning, unit efficiency, and
- Ensure the right balance between design intent, regulatory compliance, and execution feasibility.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, façade, fire, landscape, lighting, and interior consultants.
- Resolve interdisciplinary coordination challenges during both design and execution stages.
- Develop effective tower cores including lift planning, service shafts, refuge floors, and fire staircases.
- Ensure full compliance with NBC, local authority regulations, and fire safety norms.
- Review façade detailing, waterproofing systems, slab edge treatments, balconies, terraces, and wet areas.
- Ensure durability, thermal performance, maintenance accessibility, and construction practicality.
- Work closely with construction and project management teams to align design with execution
- Support integration with aluminum formwork systems, construction sequencing, procurement timelines, and site execution methodologies.
- Lead BIM-based coordination workflows and consultant integration.
- Oversee clash detection and coordinated IFC documentation through Revit / Navisworks or equivalent platforms.
- Drive apartment usability, circulation efficiency, daylight optimization, ventilation, storage planning, and balcony usability.
- Establish technical standards, QA/QC systems, and design review processes.
- Mentor and strengthen internal technical architecture and BIM teams. Qualifications
• Minimum B. Arch. Experience:
• 12–20 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential developments.
• Mandatory experience in residential towers of 40+ floors.
• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle: Concept → Design Development → Approvals → Execution → Handover.
• Strong preference for candidates from reputed developers, international design firms, or large-scale residential high-rise projects. Skills That Must Have:
