We don't just make content, we build growth engines. Fast-moving, founder-led, and obsessed with output quality. The Role We're looking for a Video Editor + Motion Designer who can do both, cut reels that stop the scroll and design motion graphics that make brands look like a million bucks. This isn't a pick one role. You'll own the full visual storytelling pipeline: from raw footage to final export, from a static brief to an animated post. What You'll Do
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads
- Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, title cards, and brand elements
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life
- Work across multiple brand styles simultaneously (we serve diverse clients)
- Deliver polished, platform-optimized content on tight timelines
- Support longer-form edits
- brand films, testimonials, product videos What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing + motion design (agency or freelance)
- Solid command of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve and After Effects / Cavalry
- Eye for pacing, colour grading, typography, and sound design
- Ability to interpret a brief and execute independently
- Portfolio that shows range
- not just pretty, but purposeful
