Assistant Manager – Procurement (Secunderabad)

• Coordinate with site leads to ensure timely contract renewals and PO-based vendor onboarding
- Maintain and manage procurement system (Jaggaer) data integrity across PAN India operations
- Issue RFPs and RFQs, collect vendor bids, and manage end-to-end sourcing process
- Coordinate with vendors during bidding, negotiation, and final selection stages
- Prepare procurement approval documents and techno-commercial evaluation reports
- Ensure legal contracts are reviewed, signed, and stored in procurement systems
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and SLAs
- Recommend final vendors based on cost, quality, and technical evaluation
- Upload executed contracts and maintain documentation in procurement platforms
- Maintain historical pricing data (LPP) for future negotiation reference
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, site teams, and HQ procurement teams for coordination
- Support vendor performance tracking and evaluation processes
