The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and tailored to support the client's business case effectively. ServiceNow Architect (should have E-bonding Experience). Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster skilled growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in designing and deploying IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow platforms to maintain service continuity.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Additional Information:
