About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Interiors) – B2C to lead residential interior sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, achieving business targets, improving sales conversions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to handle both individual sales performance and team productivity. Candidates should possess proven experience in the residential interiors or modular furniture industry and have a successful track record of achieving sales targets while managing customer relationships and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor team performance, sales activities, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and customer service standards. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales growth for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete residential interior solutions.
- Develop strategies to increase enquiries, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Identify new business opportunities through channel partners, architects, builders, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Support expansion efforts and contribute to overall business growth. Customer Relationship Management
- Meet and engage with high-value customers to understand their requirements.
- Assist the sales team in handling critical customer discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to project handover.
- Address escalations and maintain strong customer relationships. Sales Operations & Conversion Management
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.
- Improve enquiry-to-conversion ratios through effective sales strategies.
- Ensure timely proposal submissions, design presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Track and achieve showroom and branch sales targets. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with design, production, and project execution teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for successful project delivery.
- Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Support project teams in resolving customer-related issues. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to management for business improvement and market expansion.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and referral networks. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Ensure CRM and sales records are accurately maintained. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- MBA or Sales Management certification is an added advantage. Experience Required
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2C sales.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
