Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain customer accounts, payment records, and sales documentation. Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, and order updates. Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables. Assist in sales activities and support recent customer acquisition. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory movements. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth order execution. Prepare basic sales and financial reports for management review. Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures.
