Front Desk & Guest Management Brand Welcome: Greet all visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a premium first impression of the Ather brand. Visitor Triage: Quickly identify the customer's requirement (e.g., test ride booking, periodic vehicle service, accidental delivery, or purchasing accessories) and direct them to the right team member. Lounge Maintenance: Monitor the waiting lounge and hospitality area to ensure it remains clean, organized, well-stocked, and aligned with Ather’s visual merchandising standards. Operational & Digital Coordination Data Entry & CRM:

Capture basic visitor information (name, contact details, vehicle number) in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or internal CRM tools. Test Ride Queue Management: Assist the sales team by managing the digital or physical queue for customer test rides, ensuring waivers are signed where necessary. Call Handling: Manage incoming phone inquiries, answer basic questions regarding showroom timings or vehicle variants, and route complex technical or sales calls to the respective departments. Administrative Support Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments for vehicle servicing or deliveries to prevent overcrowding at the front desk. Courier & Documentation:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and documents between the showroom/service center and the corporate headquarters. Feedback Collection: Encourage customers to fill out quick feedback forms or digital surveys before they exit the facility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
