An architecture and interior design practice in Gachibowli, Hyderabad is hiring a Senior Architect with 10–13 years of experience to manage projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors. The role involves design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution support across various project stages. Project Type Work may include

- Institutional projects Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning and design development across project stages
- Prepare and review concept designs, presentations, working drawings, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Ensure project documentation complies with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design coordination activities
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
- Conduct site visits and review project progress during execution stages
- Review material specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation
- Assist in resolving design and execution-related issues during project delivery
- Guide and support architects, designers, and drafting teams Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 10–13 years of qualified experience in architecture projects
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Understanding of design development, technical documentation, and consultant coordination
- Experience coordinating with project stakeholders across different project stages
- Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams
- Good communication and organizational skills Work Schedule
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
