Support Engineer - HubSpot (Secunderabad)

Innvectra Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Zapier, and JustCall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CRM administration, workflow automation, integrations, marketing operations, telephony platform support, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot CRM Administration & Management
- Manage HubSpot CRM administration, governance, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain lead lifecycle management, sales pipelines, and CRM workflows.
- Create and manage blogs, website pages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and content assets.
- Administer Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
- Manage custom properties, object associations, and CRM data modeling.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and attribution reporting.
- Manage user permissions, access controls, and system security.
- Ensure data quality, CRM optimization, and governance standards.
- Support integration management between HubSpot and third-party platforms. Zapier Workflow Automation
- Design and implement multi-step workflow automation using Zapier.
- Develop automation using trigger/action architecture, filters, paths, and formatter tools.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and workflow configuration.
- Work with webhooks, APIs, and system integrations.
- Configure, test, and deploy Zaps before production rollout.
- Perform task history analysis, retries, error handling, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot Zap failures, root cause analysis, and workflow performance issues. JustCall Administration & Support
- Configure and manage JustCall telephony platform operations.
- Handle call routing, queue management, and ring group administration.
- Manage team/user setup, permissions, and operational configurations.
- Support CRM integrations with JustCall.
- Generate and analyze call reports, dashboards, and operational analytics.
- Troubleshoot operational and platform-related issues. Technical Support & Operations
- Provide application and technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot integrations, automation workflows, and data synchronization issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Document configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.
