- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve functionality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and data integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and their operational challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
