Business Generation Proactively identify and pursue recent Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with architects and interior designers to understand their project needs and preferences. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the specific requirements of clients. This is a Business Development role so there will be sales targets Market Intelligence Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth. Analyze market data and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies. Pipeline Management Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects by accurately tracking and managing leads, inquiries, and opportunities through our CRM system. Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues or concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including retail sales, marketing, design, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company objectives.
