Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate / Sr. Associate
- Finance (Revenue) to join a leading fintech company. In this pivotal role, you will analyze revenue trends, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize overall financial performance. You will work closely with the Fin-Ops team to ensure the accuracy of key revenue and cost numbers, such as credit losses and settlements, and will be responsible for tracking revenue metrics, preparing reports, monitoring financial controls, and providing valuable insights into business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue and Cost Data Accuracy :

Work closely with the Fin-Ops team to ensure accurate revenue numbers and related cost data , including credit losses, settlements , and other associated data.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all revenue and cost data is accurately captured, processed, and recorded.

Perform deep dives into LAN-level or transaction-level data when required, identifying discrepancies or opportunities for improvement. Reconcile the LAN-level revenue and build completeness.

Revenue Analysis & Monthly MIS Reporting :

Track key revenue metrics , including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.

Prepare and present detailed reports on revenue performance , highlighting trends and variances, to provide key insights.

Compile schedules of your allocated areas, get them promptly reviewed by your immediate manager, and ensure they are appropriately reflected in the financial systems and MIS.

Monitoring Financial Controls :

Monitor and ensure that relevant financial controls (SOPs, RCMs) are in place and operating at optimal levels.

Regularly assess processes and controls for potential improvements or optimization opportunities.

Assist in the implementation of any corrective measures if discrepancies or weaknesses in controls are identified.
