This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project goals.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management.
- Ability to oversee system upgrades, patches, and migrations ensuring minimal downtime.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration with SAP systems.
- Capability to implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
