- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and identity management within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures for software applications.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks related to software development and deployment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements impacting software security.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues in custom software solutions. Additional Information:
