- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques within SAP ABAP.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization for SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain complex reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP applications.
- Understanding of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems. Additional Information
