Interior Designer (Selaiyur)

Job description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle residential interior projects, including both wooden and aluminium modular solutions. Role Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and project scope
- Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility assessment
- Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, and mood boards
- Create 2D drawings and basic 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories based on project needs
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams for smooth project flow
- Monitor site progress to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
- Resolve on-site design or execution issues in coordination with the team
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and updates throughout the project lifecycle Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of residential interior design and space planning
- Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage design
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Ability to create 2D layouts and basic 3D visualizations
- Good communication and client interaction skills
- Site measurement and practical execution knowledge
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and execution teams
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment
