Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our builder partnerships, onboard projects, increase property listings, and drive revenue for Homewala.com. The ideal candidate must have robust communication skills, a deep understanding of real estate, and a passion for business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Builder & Developer Acquisition Identify and connect with top builders, developers, and real estate consultants in Chennai. Pitch Homewala.com’s platform, services, and digital offerings. Onboard new builders/projects and maintain solid, long-term relationships. 2. Project Onboarding & Listing Management Collect project details, pricing, images, amenities, and legal documents for listings. Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, technical) to publish accurate project pages. Ensure high-quality listings and timely updates. 3. Lead Generation & Sales Support Promote Homewala.com to generate builder interest and property leads. Work closely with the sales team to align builder expectations and lead distribution. Assist builders in maximizing their visibility and conversions on the platform. 4. Market Research & Strategy Track new real estate projects, upcoming launches, and market trends. Provide insights on competitive platforms, builder requirements, and client demands. Identify opportunities to expand Homewala.com’s builder network. 5. Relationship Management Maintain excellent rapport with builders, real estate agencies, and channel partners. Regularly follow up for project updates, lead feedback, and partnership performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development / Builder Relations. Strong understanding of Chennai’s real estate market is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets. Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
