- Preparing Purchase Orders (PO)
- Maintaining sales and purchase entries in Excel
- Coordinating and purchasing materials for ongoing projects
- Managing project-related documentation and records
- Supporting office operations and coordination with vendors
- Maintaining data accuracy and reporting Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle office documentation and purchase activities
